How to automatically delete retrieved messages from the server using Outlook 2010

1. Click on "File" tab on top left

2. Click on Account Settings

3. Double click the email account you would like to modify

4. Click on "More Settings" button

5. Click on the "Advanced" tab

6. Under Delivery, make sure "Leave a copy of messages on the server" is not selected

7. Click the "OK" button to confirm changes
